一名45歲的印度籍見習男醫生Ghosh Sandip，日前去香港參與交流計劃，四月在伊利沙伯醫院的護士宿舍男更衣室內時，涉嫌非禮一名24歲香港當地實習男護士的大腿內側及臀部。涉案見習印度籍醫生被控一項非禮罪，今在香港九龍城法院提堂，他否認控罪，案件排期於5月29日審訊。

A 45-year-old Indian intern physician, Ghosh Sandip, attended an exchange program in Hong Kong in April. He was accused of sexually harassing a 24-year-old local male intern nurse in the hospital’s changing room by touching the inner side of his thigh and his butt. He denied the charge, but the case will be go into trial on May 29^th.

被告Ghosh Sandip被控於今年4月8日，在伊利沙伯醫院護士宿舍的男更衣室，非禮男子X。據知，被告與X不認識，但案發前二人曾有交談，X事後向職員求助並決定報警。

The defendant, Ghosh Sandip, was accused of sexually harassing the nurse. Reportedly, they do not know each other, but they had conversed before the incident happened. The nurse sought assistance from his colleagues afterwards and decided to report the incident to the police.

性騷擾證據難蒐集

Evidence hard to come by

一般而言，更衣室內不會安裝監視器，若真發生此事，被告男醫生豈止僅只於觸摸大腿內側及臀部？整件案情極有可能會成為羅生門事件方向發展。除非提告者有確切證據，例如CCTV錄影，或有其他第三方人證等，否則很難斷定是否為性騷擾行為而判刑。

Generally, no surveillance cameras are installed inside changing rooms. If the incident indeed had happened, could the defendant have stopped with touching the nurse’s thigh and butt? This case could very likely end up with different people saying different things unless the plaintiff can present concrete evidence such as CCTV recording or has a witness; otherwise, the it is difficult for the case to receive the verdict as sexual harassment.
